1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or booking through Our Studio Space, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you may not use the studio or its services.

2. Studio Use

All studio use — whether for individual sessions or instructor rentals — requires:

An approved tour and orientation,

A signed membership or rental agreement, and

Compliance with all safety and conduct policies.

Use of the studio and equipment is at your own risk. All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to use.

3. Membership, Bookings & Payments

Memberships, credits, and hourly rentals are non-transferable.

All payments are due in advance of booking.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled time are non-refundable.

Membership may be terminated at any time, for any reason, at the discretion of the studio owners — particularly if safety, security, or professionalism are compromised.

4. Safety & Conduct

We prioritize the safety and well-being of everyone in our space.
Members, instructors, and guests agree to:

Follow all posted instructions and equipment guidelines.

Maintain respectful and professional behavior.

Immediately report any injuries or equipment concerns.

Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or removal without refund.

5. Liability Waiver

By entering Our Studio Space or using its equipment, you acknowledge that:

You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur.

Rhymes with Unique, LTD, and its owners are not liable for loss, injury, or property damage.

You agree to release and hold harmless Our Studio Space and its affiliates from any and all claims related to your participation.

6. GHL Communication Consent (Individuals)

Our Studio Space uses GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage bookings, appointments, and optional marketing updates.
By interacting with our online forms or membership system, you may be asked to provide the following consents:

Transactional Communication Consent

By checking this box, I consent to receive transactional messages related to my account, orders, or services I have requested.
These messages may include appointment reminders, order confirmations, and account notifications, among others.

7. Instructor Terms

Approved instructors may rent the studio hourly, through credit packs, or via monthly membership.
Instructors agree to:

Ensure their clients have completed all required waivers and orientations.

Leave the space clean and equipment properly stored.

Adhere to all scheduling, safety, and conduct rules.

Optional Web Presence & GHL Features

Instructors who elect to use Our Studio Space’s web presence features (such as listing on the studio website, booking integration, or automated communication through our GoHighLevel system) are additionally bound by GHL’s communication and data terms.

These features may include:

Online profile or landing page setup

Calendar booking or automated confirmations

Marketing or reminder messages sent through the GHL platform

By opting into these features, instructors acknowledge and accept the following:

Communication with clients may be facilitated via GHL’s system.

Message frequency and data usage may vary depending on chosen features.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy.

Our Studio Space may revise these Terms at any time.
